Resolution appointing a new treasurer of the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota

WHEREAS, Board Member Busuri’s position as City Councilmember ended as of December 31, 2019; and
WHEREAS, this creates a vacancy in the position of the Treasurer of the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul needs a full slate of officers to preside over meetings and perform other responsibilities on behalf of the board; and now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the Library Board of the City of Saint Paul that Board Member Nelsie Yang is hereby appointed as Library Board Treasurer
