Purpose of Appeal:  I live & own the home and I repaired the boiler.  That was the main reason the city kicked us out of the house.  But the house was & has never been vacant.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ariana Pierre to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 846 ASHLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal to be released from the Vacant Building Program if the interior repairs outlined in the workplan are completed by March 1, 2020 and the exterior repairs by July 1 2020 and waive Vacant Building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
