RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Katrina Lashawn Clepper and her attorney Michael J. Fay, Fay & Associates, LLC, the total sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars and no cents ($12,000.00) in full and final settlement in civil case 2019-LIT-0078 for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on February 23, 2018.
