On January 15, 2020, Council adopted RLH VO 19-58 in the matter of Appeal of Anthony Cruz to an Order to Vacate at 1818 FIFTH STREET EAST as followed:
1. Grant an extension to January 17, 2020 to provide proof of power of attorney granting Alina Cruz authority in the above-mentioned property (this document must be notarized); and,
2. Grant to January 17, 2020 for compliance with plumbing and electrical related orders. This work is to be completed by a licensed contractor as required, and all necessary permits pulled; and,
3. Grant to March 1, 2020 for all remaining items; and,
4. Grant to July 1, 2020 for driveway repair.
