BE IT RESOLVED, that that the Board of water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves the Settlement Agreement and Release with Thomas Dvorak and John Michel on behalf of all others similarly situated, and the proper Board officers and City Officials are hereby authorized and directed to issue customer credits, and/or pay from Accounting Unit 69082105-74205, the total sum of 1,500,000.00 (with specific amounts for each claimant, costs, and attorney fees, as approved by the Ramsey County district court) as full and final settlement of all claims that were or could have been asserted in the class action lawsuit captioned Thomas Dvorak and John Michel, on behalf of all others similarly situated v. City of Saint Paul, Board of Water Commissioners and Saint Paul Regional Water Services, Case No. 62-CV-18-2356, Ramsey County District Court, State of Minnesota.
