Establishing the rate of pay for Contract Compliance Manager and Procurement Manager.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted an organizational study for the restructure of the procurement and compliance functions of HREEO; and

 

WHEREAS, the results of the organizational study instruct that the rate of pay for the new classifications of Contract Compliance Manager and Procurement Manager be established at the rate set forth in Grade 020 of Employee Group 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization, now therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the classifications of Contract Compliance Manager and Procurement Manager be established at the rate set forth in Grade 020 of Employee Group 09, Saint Paul Supervisors Organization. This resolution shall take effect and be in force on the first pay period following its passage and approval.
