WHEREAS, ABA Restaurant Group d/b/a The Pillbox Tavern (License ID #20190002602) applied for a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, Entertainment (A), Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), and Gambling Location license for the premises located at 400 Wabasha Street North; and
WHEREAS, no petition of support was required for the Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license since there are no residential uses within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of the area to be licensed; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale-181-290 Seats, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, Liquor On Sale - 2 AM Closing, Entertainment (A), Liquor Outdoor Service Area (Patio), and Gambling Location license are hereby approved and issued to ABA Restaurant Group d/b/a The Pillbox Tavern (License ID #20190002602) for premises located at 400 Wabasha Street North in Saint Paul.
