WHEREAS on August 21, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-73, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services billed during March 28 to April 24, 2019. (File No. J1908P, Assessment No. 198407); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1406 White Bear Avenue North, being described as: Hayden Heights Lot 32 Blk 10, with the property identification number 23-29-22-32-0080 was assessed an amount of $197.46; and
WHEREAS, the property owner contacted City Council Office and indicated two graffiti waivers were sent to Dept of Safety and Inspections in 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there is a waiver on file since January 24, 2018; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $197.46, plus any accrued interests, is deleted and the Offices of Financial Services will abate this reduction from the 2020 Property Taxes Statement.
