RESOLVED, that the proper City official are hereby authorized and directed to execute a joint powers agreement with Anoka Technical College to allow paramedic students from the Anoka Technical College paramedic program participate in clinical ride alongs with the Saint Paul Fire Department; which includes an indemnification clause, as provided by the Saint Paul Fire Department, a copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Fire Department.
