WHEREAS, the Massage Center-B (Home Location) and Massage Practitioner licenses held by Kong Xiong d/b/a Kay’s Massage (License ID #20130003212) for the premises located at 917 Barclay Street in Saint Paul were the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses dated November 25, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information, request a public hearing or cancel the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend Licenses stated that if the licensee failed to pay the delinquent license and late fees and submit the required information, request a public hearing or cancel the licenses by December 6, 2019, that the matter would be placed on the next available consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Massage Center-B (Home Location) and Massage Practitioner licenses held by Kong Xiong d/b/a Kay’s Massage (License ID #20130003212) for the premises located at 917 Barclay Street in Saint Paul are hereby suspended.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the licenses will remain suspended until all delinquent license and late fees are paid in full and required information is submitted to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
