WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Carrie Nelson to a Correction Notice - Re-Inspection Complaint, including Condemnation, at 291 STINSON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation and order to vacate the property, as the principle violations of lack of heat and an over accumulation of combustible materials have been abated; and grant the following extension on the balance of the October 30, 2019 Orders:
1) grant 30 day for items 1, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, and 24;
2) grant 90 day for items 17, 19, 20, and 25; and
3) grant 180 day for items 2, 4, 5, 6, and 18; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter
