Purpose of Appeal: 924 Eleanor Ave. is a newer home constructed in 2015 with permit issued by the City of St. Paul Department of Safety and Inspections. The drainage systems and gutters were currently in place when 924 Eleanor received a Certificate of Occupancy from the City of St. Paul dated 11/6/15. WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Kristin Sobota to a Correction Notice at 924 ELEANOR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
