WHEREAS on September 25, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-96, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902D4, Assessment No. 190116); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1820 York Avenue, being described as: Hazel Park Division 4 Lots 5 and Lot 6 Blk 6, with the property identification number 26-29-22-32-0085 was assessed an amount of $5.64; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment due to billing error Republic made; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $5.64, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-96 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
