Body

WHEREAS on November 13, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-139, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2019. (File No. CG1903E4, Assessment No. 190140); and

WHEREAS, the property at 930 Carroll Avenue, being described as: L.K. Stone’s Addition Lot 3, with the property identification number 35-29-23-34-0097 was assessed an amount of $3.52; and

WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment due to billing error Republic made; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $3.52, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 19-139 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
