Title

Amending the 2019 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Special Fund Brushing and Seal Coating accounting unit.

Body

WHEREAS, the Brushing and Seal Coating accounting unit is anticipated to incur service and material costs that are more than the adopted budget; and

WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in salaries and fringe benefits to cover these costs; therefore via

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2019 budget in the Public Works Brushing and Seal Coating, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
