Purpose of Appeal:  Need to have an extension or fee waived to get electrical to pull permit to make repairs.  Certificate of Occupancy inspector is scheduled 11/4/2019 by James Thomas.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Carolyn Brown, Community Stabilization Project, to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 914 EARL STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
