Amending the 2019 spending and financing budget in the Department of Public Works General Fund Traffic Signals accounting unit by $128,762.
Body
WHEREAS, the Traffic Signal Maintenance accounting unit has incurred service and material costs that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings due to the retirement of two electricians that will not be replaced until next year along with a capital equipment purchase being deferred that will cover the above costs; and
WHEREAS, the overall revenues collected for project work is in excess of the adopted budget by $128,762; now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor, that $128,762 is available for appropriation in the Traffic Signals budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
