WHEREAS on November 13, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-120, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2019. (File No. CG1903A3, Assessment No. 190123); and
WHEREAS, the property at 675 Hall Avenue, being described as: West St Paul Blks 100 Thru 171 Etc S 1/2 of E 100 Ft of Lot 6 Blk 132, with the property identification number 07-28-22-41-0030 was assessed an amount of $117.80; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment due to Republic billing duplicate accounts for a single residential unit; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $117.80, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-120 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
