Purpose of Appeal:  Miscommunication w/inspector.  I called & e-mailed w/no response from inspector to resolve issues at the property.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Lynse Paasch of Real-Time Leasing representing owner - Michael Gudejko to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 885 CONWAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 26, 2019 to be released from the Vacant Building Program if the Fire Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is reinstated; if the Fire C of O is not reinstated, the property must be vacated by January 1, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
