WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Joe Collins to a Vacant Building Registration Fee Warning Letter at 112 MANITOBA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until November 26, 2019 to be released from the Vacant Building Program if the Fire Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) is reinstated; and if the Fire C of O is not reinstated, property must be vacated by January 1, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
