Body

WHEREAS on September 25, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-95, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902D2, Assessment No. 190114); and

WHEREAS, the property at 984 Armstrong Avenue, being described as: Watson’s 2^nd Addition to the City of St. Paul, Ramsey Co., Minn. Lot 2 Blk 3, with the property identification number 11-28-23-32-0013 was assessed an amount of $80.90; and

WHEREAS, the Public Works staff recommends reducing the fee to $60.83 because owner has agreed to change cart size from a small cart weekly to bi-weekly;

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $80.90, plus any accrued interests, be reduced to $60.83.  Council File No. RLH AR 19-95 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
