WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Kathryn Dupre to a Notice of Condemnation As Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 824 OTTAWA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until December 9, 2019 to reduce the number of cats to no more than 3 cats at property (properly spayed and neutered) and compliance on the balance of orders, including extermination, by January 10, 2020; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
