WHEREAS on January 9, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 18-80, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Boarding and/or Securing services during June 2018. (File No. J1901B, Assessment No. 198100)

WHEREAS, the property at 1981 Third Street East, being described as: Wild Rose Addition Ex S 10 Ft for 3^rd St Lot 43 Blk 3, with the property identification number 35-29-22-24-0126 was assessed an amount of $442; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $442 to $361; Now, Therefore Be It,

RESOLVED, that Council Files RLH AR 18-80 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
