Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): The city provided one cart (90 gal) and has been billing for two carts (90 and 68 gal). Service Provider is aware of the City's error and has credited my account each quarter. This includes the April through June period being assessed (pages 3-13 of attachment). My garbage service is current (and has always been current) for the only cart provided by the City.

Staff Comments: Cameron cont'd city previously, eml'd RS with Q2 billing inquiry but rec'd no response. Forwarded eml to Chris req'ing info on Q2 billing asmnt.  Staff recommends removing the assessment.
