Returned Mail/Notice Concerns?:

Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Dont want to dispute the assessment, but that the Waste Management is denying the reduction in garbage cart size that was ordered at the last legislative hearing.  I don't need the garbage service because I have a contract with the building accross the alley from me.

Staff Comments: staff has the record from the previous LH; Staff also recommends reducing the Quarter 3 assessment to $60.83.
