Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): I have had issues setting up the walk up service, and have had the contanner size reduced, plus they have missed picking up the Garbage about half the time. The attached picture is of the smaller contaner which should of been at 47 hatch Ave. this was switched on me in January 2019 and did not get switched back til April of 2019 I have only received Half of the service that I was to be getting.
Staff Comments: Resident reported that that they have been using a small weekly cart as their medium cart was removed. Resident provided proof of small weekly cart as well. Staff recommends reduction in 2nd quarter assessment from $110.48 to $70.34.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2019. (File No. CG1903D3, Assessment No. 190135) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory;...
