Pertaining to a professional services agreement with Process Solutions Assurance to provide a Mobile Workforce Solution for asset and staff management.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 19-826 on May 14, 2019, which granted approval of a professional services agreement with Process Solutions Assurance for professional consulting services for the implementation of a Mobile Workforce Solution for asset and staff management (the “Initial Agreement”); and
WHEREAS, the Initial Agreement as approved by the Board has been changed by the City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Division to include an additional four years of ongoing maintenance and licensing of the Mobile Workforce Solution and increases the not to exceed amount of the contract from $260,600 to $670,710 (“City Contract No. 2176”); and
WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of City Contract No. 2176 as amended by the City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis Division; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul does hereby rescind its adoption of Resolution No. 19-826; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners hereby approves City Contract No. 2176 with Process Solutions Assurance for implementation and ongoing maintenance of a Mobile Workforce Solution and that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said City Contract No. 2176 on behalf of the Board following approval by the assistant city attorney.
