Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Do not owe as acknowledged by Aspen by phone and mail. They continued to bill anyway although Aspen sent a letter acknowledging " incorrect billing" and issued a credit. Will bring all documentation to hearing including bills, letters, and canceled checks. Stacy at Aspen said on 8-6 that she would remove the error and would send the info to the "City" and send me confirmation. Called her again on 8-27 ( out of office for week), she never returned my call. Called her again on 9-6 and she said she never heard back from the city but that it can take months b/4 someone from the city responds.

Staff Comments: Staff recommends deletion of 2nd Quarter assessment
