Be it resolved, that upon proper execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay Yost & Bail as authorized agents of State Farm Insurance Company from the City of Saint Paul's Public Works Department Tort Liability Fund, 1-10031500-74205-3123081000-74205 the amount of twelve thousand three hundred eleven dollars and fifty-three cents ($12,311.53) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim as subrogee of Susan Flaagan, stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 2nd day of April, 2018, in Saint Paul, MN.
