Be it resolved that upon proper execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay Progressive Insurance Company from the City of Saint Paul's Fire Department Tort Liability Fund, 1-10022100-74205-2210020000-74205 the amount of nine thousand eight hundred seventy-five dollars and seventy-five cents ($9,875.75) in full and final settlement of their property damage subrogation claim as subrogee of Jenna Traut, stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 16th day of February, 2019, in Saint Paul, MN.
