Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): This bill is for a townhome association and was paid to waste management September 20th in the amount of $847.08  from our home owners association TCF account.

Staff Comments: The payment that the property owner made in September was applied to the Quarter 3 2019 bill. Because payment was not received during Quarter 2 2019 (April - June), staff recommends approving the assessment. Billing under this contract requires unpaid bills to be turned over to the City at the end of the quarter.
