Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Dear Council members, This information is regarding my home at 1062 Colby St.  I understand there may b wavers for unoccupied properties.  On 9-11-17 I suffered a very debilitating spinal injury.  I spent many months in rehab centers and still am unable  to return to my home.  To date i have never used trash service.  Thank you for your considerations.  Jeanette Ringwelski

Staff Comments: Staff sent out an Unoccupied Dwelling Registration Form for property owner to complete on 9/23/19. Staff recommends deleting this assessment. Staff sent a letter on 9/25/19 informing the property owner that the assessment would be removed.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during April to June 2019. (File No. CG1903B3, Assessment No. 190127) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
