Purpose of Appeal:  -See attached notices to tenant, initial corrections order, and timeline. -Tenant was not willing to comply with the city or Renters Warehouse. -Additionally we have filed an emergency eviction on the current tenants.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Miranda Donnelly, of Renters Warehouse on behalf of MNSF T2 SPE, LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1798 Nebraska Avenue East, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal and make property a Category 1, Vacant Building and allow to November 1, 2019 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated or the building must be vacated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
