WHEREAS on May 22, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 19-41, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902A2, Assessment No. 190102); and
WHEREAS, the property at 61 Delos Street West, being described as: West St Paul Blks 1 Thru 99 W 2/3 of Lot 5 Blk 26, with the property identification number 06-28-22-44-0049 was assessed an amount of $105.68; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works staff indicated that Republic Services had never provided service at this property and recommends deletion of the assessment;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $105.68, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-75 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
