Purpose of Appeal:  Tenants currently working on cleaning up and addressing the correction needs as noted by fire inspections.  Tenants have hired workers/personnel to do these tasks.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Regina Taylor to a Correction Notice - Re-Inspection Complaint, including Condemnation, at 170 RUTH STREET NORTH #304, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on the condemnation and the balance of orders are modified to require 50% reduction in volume of household goods by November 4, 2019; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
