Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  There was a repurchase application appeal (RLH OA 19-9) by Wesley Eugene Pettiford.  Hearing Officer rec'd allowing for repurchase.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Linda Parker to a Notice of Condemnation Unfit For Human Habitation Order to Vacate at 603 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until October 25, 2019 to vacate the property; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
