Purpose of Appeal: Ref. #10 Kitchen Hood - the Knox building is 105 yrs. old and no previous Fire Marshall Inspection has ever required a fire suppression hood. We do not use the kitchen as a commercial prep facility or as a "warming kitchen".

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of John Hutton to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1536 MINNEHAHA AVENUE WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council [recommendation]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
