WHEREAS on September 11, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-85 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902C2, Assessment No. 190110); and
WHEREAS, the property at 560 Aurora Avenue, being described as: Central Village Addition No 5 Lot 4 Blk 6, with the property identification number 36-29-23-32-0020 was assessed an amount of $116.25; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff notified Legislative Hearing Officer that this fee be deleted because there should have been on vacation hold during this time period; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $116.25, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-85 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
