Amending the 2019 spending budget in the Department of Public Works General Fund Parking Meters Maintenance accounting unit.

 

Body

WHEREAS, two electrical vehicle stations required repair maintenance to resume regular operation, and

 

WHEREAS, the parking meter system required additional materials and maintenance in 2019, and

 

WHEREAS, increased usage of mobile payment services and expansion of the pay station system have resulted in additional expenses, therefore via

 

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2019 budget in the Public Works Parking Meter Fund, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
