Approving the Mayor’s appointments of Fatima Moore, Terri Banaszewski, Erin Heelan, Patrick Ruble, Raenna Buchholz, Chris Leifeld, and Angelique Flohrs to three-year terms on the Neighborhood STAR Board.

WHEREAS, Minnesota Law 377, Article 3, Section 21, Subdivision 2 states that the Neighborhood STAR Board consists of three residents from each of the seven city council wards, for a total of 21 members and that the mayor must appoint the members subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the city council, and
WHEREAS, Fatima Moore, Terri Banaszewski, Erin Heelan, Patrick Ruble, Raenna Buchholz, Chris Leifeld, and Angelique Flohrs have all expressed interest in being appointed as members of the Neighborhood STAR Board; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Carter wishes to appoint Fatima Moore, Terri Banaszewski, Erin Heelan, Patrick Ruble, Raenna Buchholz, Chris Leifeld, and Angelique Flohrs a three-year term on the Neighborhood STAR Board ending on September 30, 2022; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council consents to the appointment of Fatima Moore, Terri Banaszewski, Erin Heelan, Patrick Ruble, Raenna Buchholz, Chris Leifeld, and Angelique Flohrs a three-year term on the Neighborhood STAR Board ending on September 30, 2022 as members of the Neighborhood STAR Board.
