WHEREAS on September 11, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-77 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902A4, Assessment No. 190104); and
WHEREAS, the property at 249 Erie Street, being described as: Stinson’s Subdivision of Block 3 of Stinson, Brown and Ramsey’s Addition to St. Paul Lot 34 Blk 3, with the property identification number 12-28-23-22-0032 was assessed an amount of $102.44; and
WHEREAS, Department of Public Works staff recommends deleting the assessment because the payment was already made on the account;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $102.44, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-77 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
