WHEREAS, on March 6, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 19-16, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice for property at 602 Lawson Avenue West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended that the City Council grant Alan Roers, representing David Wetherill, an extension to September 3, 2019 for Zoning approval or discontinue commercial use of the property; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance of the property; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on September 3, 2019 under File No. SR 19-93 to review its appeal for granting the extension; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the City Council grant an extension until January 1, 2020 for zoning approval or to discontinue the commercial use of the property; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that extension is hereby granted to January 1, 2020.
