Amending Council Files No. RLH AR 19-78 to delete the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019 at 1631 ENGLISH STREET. (File No. CG1902B1, Assessment No. 190105)

WHEREAS on September 11, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-78 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during January to March 2019. (File No. CG1902B1, Assessment No. 190105); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1631 English Street, being described as: Overbrook Vac Alley Accruing & all of Lots 12 & Lot 13 Blk, with the property identification number 21-29-22-11-0008 was assessed an amount of $62.61; and
WHEREAS, Public Works staff notified Legislative Hearing Officer that this fee be deleted because Aspen Waste assessed to the property in error. There was a change of ownership that occurred and there was an oversight; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $62.61, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 19-78 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
