Approving an agreement between the City and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) regarding the placement and operation of air monitoring equipment at the Robie Sanitary Lift Station.

WHEREAS St. Paul operates the Robie Sanitary Lift Station on land managed by the City Sewer Utility;
WHEREAS St. Paul allows the MPCA to place and operate air quality monitoring equipment at the Robie Sanitary Lift Station;
Be it RESOLVED by the City of Saint Paul that the attached Agreement be executed between the City and MPCA to define the scope of the parties obligations, affirm other commitments as to the responsibilities of and tasks to be undertaken by each party, grant and assign the necessary land-use rights;
Be it finally RESOLVED by the City of Saint Paul that Bruce Elder, Sewer Utility Manager, or his designee be the City’s authorized representative of the effort.
