Body
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, Police Department requests authorization to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Ramsey County which includes a mutual indemnification provision; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes Assistant Chief Robert Thomasser and the proper city officials to execute and implement the agreement with Ramsey County which includes a mutual indemnification provision.
