Ratifying the assessments for Property Clean Up services during April 12 to 29, 2019. (File No. J1923A, Assessment No. 198556)

AMENDED 9/4/19
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-960 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during he time period of April 12 to April 29, 2019; and
WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 4, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 19-528: 757 Bradley Street;
RLH TA 19-529: 690 Central Avenue;
RLH TA 19-532: 58 Cook Avenue West;
RLH TA 19-531: 551 Jenks Avenue;
RLH TA 19-527: 1137 Jessie Street;
RLH TA 19-696: 1124 Matilda Street;
RLH TA 19-554: 1793 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 19-557: 362 Minnehaha Avenue West;
RLH TA 19-556: 1179 Seventh Street East;
RLH TA 19-671: 237 Sidney Street East;
RLH TA 19-553: 389 University Avenue West; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
