AMENDED 9/4/19

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 19-959 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during he time period of March 20 to April 12, 2019; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has considered objections of affected property owners and developed recommendations for the City Council with respect to their assessments; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 4, 2019 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota State Statutes and Chapter 60 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

 

RLH TA 19-578:  870 Arkwright Street;

RLH TA 19-562:  517 Asbury Street;

RLH TA 19-670:  964 Avon Street North;

RLH TA 19-550:  300 Baker Street East;

RLH TA 19-560:  140 Case Avenue;

RLH TA 19-540:  503 Cleveland Avenue South;

RLH TA 19-530:  378 Como Avenue;

RLH TA 19-526:  1122 Earl Street;

RLH TA 19-549:  1751 Hoyt Avenue;

RLH TA 19-558:  671 Lafond Avenue;

RLH TA 19-XXX:  740 Capitol Heights; delete for separate consideration; refers back to Legislative Hearing on September 17, 2019; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
