WHEREAS on May 22, 2019, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 19-44 to ratify the assessment for Collection of Delinquent Garbage Bills for services during October to December 2018. (File No. CG1901B1, Assessment No. 190052); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1430 Stanford Avenue, being described as: Jefferson Park Addition to the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota Lot 8 Blk 6, with the property identification number 10-28-23-21-0172 was assessed an amount of $96.08; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the owner was not occupying the property due to medical issues; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $96.08, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File Nos. RLH AR 19-44 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
