Be it resolved that upon execution and delivery of a properly executed release to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay from the City of Saint Paul's Police Department, Tort Liability Fund 1-10023200-74205-2310041000-74205 to the Amo Insurance Company as subrogee of Pao Lee/Sue Lor in the amount of fifteen thousand seven hundred ninety-four dollars and one cent ($15,794.01) in full and final settlement of their property damage claim stemming from a motor vehicle accident on or about the 25th day of November, 2018, in Saint Paul, MN.
