WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Jennifer Olson to a Correction Notice - Re-Inspection Complaint Order to Vacate at 1091 MARYLAND AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 16, 2019 to vacate or come into compliance which would allow a Fire Certificate of Occupancy to be issued; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
